Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement (SLA) for PLAYTOURS PTE. LTD

At PlayTours, accessible from https://playtours.app, https://admin.playtours.app, and https://get.playtours.app, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and the reliability of our services. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Commitment

PlayTours commits to providing a minimum of 99% uptime for its services. This uptime percentage is calculated on a monthly basis and includes all aspects of the PlayTours platform.

Service Availability

  • Normal Service Hours: PlayTours services are available 24/7, excluding scheduled maintenance periods.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Any scheduled maintenance will be communicated to users at least 48 hours in advance and will be conducted during non-peak hours to minimize impact.

Support

  • Response Time: PlayTours offers email support with a guaranteed initial response time within 24 hours during business days.
  • Support Availability: Support is available from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (SGT), excluding public holidays.

Service Credits

If PlayTours fails to meet the 99% uptime commitment, users are eligible for service credits. The amount of service credits will be calculated as follows:

  • 99% - 95% Uptime: 5% of the monthly fee credited to the next billing cycle.
  • Below 95% Uptime: 10% of the monthly fee credited to the next billing cycle.

To request service credits, users must contact PlayTours support within 30 days of the end of the month in which the uptime commitment was not met.

Breach Notification

In the event of any data breaches or if the SLA commitments are not met, PlayTours will notify affected users as soon as reasonably possible. This notification will include details about the breach or SLA issue, the steps being taken to resolve it, and any actions users may need to take.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in PlayTours. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Customer Data confidentiality

Customer Data that is based on or derived from you when creating games, and visitors who participated in games created by you, are wholly owned by you, and will not be shared with other Accounts in any capacity or format.

As part of regular maintenance, PlayTours reserves the right to delete the Customer Data from our servers upon giving reasonable notice to you to download it before deletion.

Log Files

PlayTours follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, PlayTours uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.
